granny wants tamales

and what granny wants, granny gets.

because granny is moving to montana (MONTANA!) in about a week. i will probably never see her again.

granny is 92.

ratty is very sad.

    We’re going through a long goodbye with Lynn’s 95 year old grandmother. She moved here to Southern California, we followed, and everyone else in the Bay Area spread out across the country. She’s weak after hip surgery, so we call or drive up to Alhambra to see her.

    Why Montana?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re sad. I don’t know the circumstances, but perhaps you can take some comfort in the fact that she’s moving to a beautiful place.

    Personally, I would move there in a *heartbeat.* I have had ideas about moving to Montana for as long as I can remember. I just loved the land, the people … all of it. Just wonderful.

    Maybe you can visit and enjoy some time with her and with Montana!
